1. Introduction
Welcome to Soul to Soul Global.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, educational materials, coaching programs, mentoring services, workshops, memberships and related offerings.
Our website and services are operated by Soul to Soul Global Pty Limited, trading as Soul to Soul Global (“Soul to Soul Global”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an Australian company based in New South Wales.
These Terms establish the general conditions applicable to our website and services. Certain products, coaching programs and mentoring experiences are governed by separate agreements, which may contain additional or different terms.
By accessing our website, using our services, purchasing a product or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your activities.
When purchasing a product or service, you may also be required to actively accept these Terms through our checkout or enrolment process.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and any separate agreement applicable to a product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
2. Eligibility
Our website, products, programs and coaching services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.
By purchasing our products or participating in our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when purchasing products, creating an account, completing applications or communicating with us.
Acceptance into our coaching programs and mentoring services may be subject to an assessment of suitability.
We reserve the right to decline an application or enrolment where we reasonably determine that a particular service is unsuitable for an individual, subject to applicable laws, including anti-discrimination legislation, and any existing contractual obligations.
Further details regarding client suitability and our right to decline enrolment are set out in Section 14.
3. Our Products, Services and Separate Agreements
Soul to Soul Global provides relationship coaching, mentoring, personal development education and associated resources.
Our offerings may include:
The Soulmate System and associated coaching programs.
The Soulmate Manifesto and other digital products.
The Runway and other group mentoring or mastermind experiences.
Private coaching and mentoring sessions.
Online courses, masterclasses and workshops.
Downloadable guides, workbooks, assessments and educational resources.
Live or recorded training sessions.
Private communities and membership experiences.
Other educational products or services introduced from time to time.
Each product or service may have its own inclusions, duration, delivery method, access arrangements, pricing, payment obligations, cancellation conditions and refund policies.
Separate program and service agreements
Certain products and services require participants to enter into a separate written agreement, enrolment contract or service agreement.
These agreements may contain specific conditions relating to:
Program inclusions and deliverables.
Payment amounts, schedules and instalments.
Refund and cancellation arrangements.
Coaching appointments and participation requirements.
Duration of services and access arrangements.
Confidentiality and intellectual property.
Additional rights, responsibilities and obligations.
Where a separate agreement has been signed or otherwise validly entered into by both parties, its specific provisions take precedence over these general Terms of Use to the extent of any inconsistency concerning that product or service.
Where no separate agreement applies, the terms disclosed and agreed to at purchase, together with these general Terms, govern the transaction.
For clarity, the order of precedence is:
Mandatory legal rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The applicable separately executed program, coaching or service agreement.
Product-specific conditions expressly disclosed and agreed to at purchase, to the extent they do not conflict with the separate agreement.
These general website Terms of Use.
Where provisions do not conflict, these Terms continue to apply alongside the relevant agreement.
No agreement or condition will exclude statutory consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Educational and Coaching Purposes
Our services are designed to support personal development, relationship awareness, self-understanding, confidence, emotional growth and the development of healthier relationship patterns.
Our coaching programs and educational materials are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services do not constitute psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment or other regulated health services.
We encourage participants to seek appropriate support from qualified professionals when dealing with medical conditions, significant psychological distress, trauma-related symptoms or other matters requiring professional treatment.
Participation in our programs is voluntary.
You remain responsible for your personal decisions, relationships, wellbeing and the actions you take based on information presented through our services.
This does not limit our responsibility to provide services with due care and skill or any other obligation imposed by applicable law.
5. No Guarantee of Personal or Relationship Outcomes
Our programs are designed to provide education, coaching, tools, perspectives and support that may assist participants in their personal and relationship development.
However, personal circumstances, individual choices, external factors and experiences vary between participants.
We do not guarantee that participation in any program will result in:
Meeting a romantic partner or soulmate.
Entering a committed relationship.
Marriage or engagement.
Pregnancy, parenthood or family formation.
A particular relationship outcome within a specified timeframe.
The resolution of any particular emotional or psychological difficulty.
Any particular financial, professional or personal outcome.
Client testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences and are not a promise that every participant will achieve the same results.
We are responsible for delivering the products and services we have expressly agreed to provide, in accordance with applicable law.
Any specific guarantees or express commitments made as part of a product offer remain subject to their stated terms and applicable consumer protections.
6. Purchasing Products and Enrolling in Programs
When you purchase a product or enrol in a program, you agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information.
Before completing your purchase, you should review:
The product or program description.
The services, materials and bonuses included.
The total purchase price and currency.
Any payment plan or recurring payment arrangements.
The duration and type of access provided.
Applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
Any participation requirements or separate client agreement.
A purchase is confirmed when we accept your order and provide confirmation, subject to applicable law and the conditions disclosed at checkout.
For products or programs requiring a separate agreement, enrolment may also be subject to completion and acceptance of that agreement.
Where a separate program or service agreement applies, the terms of that agreement govern your purchase and participation in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
We may contact you if there is an error in an order or if additional information is reasonably required to complete your enrolment.
For programs involving an application or suitability assessment, submitting an application does not itself guarantee acceptance.
7. Pricing, Payments and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the relevant sales page, checkout or program agreement.
Depending on the product and market, prices may be presented in Australian dollars (AUD), United States dollars (USD) or another clearly identified currency.
You are responsible for reviewing the currency and total amount payable before completing your purchase.
Prices will include applicable taxes and compulsory fees where required by law.
If your bank, financial institution or payment provider applies currency conversion charges or other independently imposed fees, those charges are generally outside our control.
Payments may be processed using authorised third-party payment providers.
We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment card details when transactions are processed through an independent payment gateway.
You authorise the payments expressly agreed to in connection with your purchase.
Where a separate program, coaching or service agreement applies, that agreement governs the agreed purchase price, payment obligations, payment schedule and any additional financial conditions.
For products without a separate agreement, the applicable payment conditions are those communicated and accepted at checkout.
We may change our prices for future purchases. Such changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed purchase price of an existing order unless expressly agreed or otherwise permitted by law.
8. Payment Plans and Instalment Agreements
Certain products and programs may offer payment plans or instalment arrangements.
Payment plans are not necessarily available for all products or services.
Where an instalment arrangement is offered, the amount, frequency, timing and total financial commitment will be set out in the applicable purchase conditions or separate program agreement.
If you enter into a separate signed program, coaching or service agreement, the payment plan provisions in that agreement take precedence over this section.
This includes any agreed conditions relating to:
Payment amounts and due dates.
The total contractual financial commitment.
Payment authorisations.
Missed or unsuccessful payments.
Outstanding balances.
Suspension of services for non-payment.
Early termination or cancellation of payment obligations.
Any applicable payment-related charges or remedies.
A fixed-price program purchased through instalments is not necessarily a subscription. The instalments may represent payments towards a single agreed purchase.
Any obligation to complete an instalment plan will be determined by the applicable agreement and relevant law.
For purchases without a separate agreement, the payment schedule and financial commitment disclosed and agreed to at checkout will apply.
If you experience difficulty meeting an agreed payment obligation, please contact us promptly so that available options can be discussed.
Nothing in this section excludes statutory rights relating to refunds, cancellation, unfair contract terms or other applicable consumer protections.
9. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Soul to Soul Global complies with applicable Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Depending on the circumstances, consumers may be entitled to remedies including a refund, cancellation, replacement, correction of a problem or compensation where a product or service fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
These statutory rights operate independently of any contractual or voluntary refund policy.
Refund arrangements for individual products and programs
Our products and services may have different refund arrangements depending on their nature, delivery method and contractual conditions.
Where a product, coaching program, mentoring experience or other service is governed by a separate signed agreement, the refund and cancellation provisions contained in that agreement take precedence over the general provisions of these Terms, subject always to applicable law.
Where no separate signed agreement applies, the refund conditions expressly disclosed and agreed to at the time of purchase will govern any voluntary refund entitlement.
Where an express money-back guarantee, trial period or other refund promise forms part of the agreed offer, we will honour that commitment in accordance with its stated conditions and applicable law.
A change of mind, change in personal circumstances or decision not to continue participation does not automatically create a statutory entitlement to a refund. Any additional contractual entitlement will depend on the applicable purchase conditions or agreement.
Statutory rights remain protected
No provision of these Terms or any separate agreement is intended to limit or exclude a consumer’s non-excludable legal rights.
We will not rely on voluntary refund conditions to deny a statutory remedy to which a consumer is entitled.
Requesting a refund
Refund enquiries or requests may be directed to:
Please include your name, the relevant product or program, your purchase date and a brief explanation of your request.
Requests will be considered in accordance with the applicable agreement, purchase conditions and relevant consumer protection laws.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, withdrawal and rescheduling conditions may vary between products and services.
These conditions may depend on whether you have purchased a private coaching session, a fixed-duration coaching program, digital product, event or ongoing membership.
Where a separate signed program, coaching or service agreement applies, the relevant cancellation, withdrawal and rescheduling conditions in that agreement will take precedence over these general Terms, subject to applicable law.
For products or services without a separate agreement, the conditions disclosed and agreed to at purchase or booking will apply.
Private coaching appointments may be subject to advance-notice or rescheduling requirements.
Live coaching calls, workshops and group sessions may be scheduled at particular times, and reasonable adjustments may occasionally be necessary.
If we make a material change to an agreed service, we will communicate that change and provide any remedy required under the applicable agreement or law.
If you wish to cancel or withdraw from a purchased service, please contact us in writing.
Any resulting payment obligations, refunds or remedies will be determined under the applicable agreement, the agreed purchase conditions and relevant consumer protection laws.
11. Subscriptions and Memberships
Some services may operate on a recurring monthly, annual or other subscription basis.
Where recurring billing applies, we will disclose the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal arrangements and cancellation conditions before purchase.
By enrolling, you authorise the recurring payments specifically agreed to during checkout or enrolment.
Where a subscription or membership is governed by a separate agreement, that agreement will determine its specific billing, renewal and cancellation conditions, subject to applicable law.
For subscriptions without a separate agreement, the terms disclosed and agreed to at checkout will apply.
A fixed-price program purchased through instalments is distinct from an ongoing subscription. The applicable agreement will determine whether payments represent instalments towards a fixed purchase price or charges for an ongoing service.
You may contact [email protected] regarding subscription cancellation or account management.
Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Digital Products and Lifetime Access
When purchasing a digital product, online course, recorded training or other educational resource, you receive access in accordance with the conditions expressly included in that product or program.
Access may be provided through an online learning platform, membership portal, digital download, secure website or another delivery method.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, access is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
You may not share login credentials or provide unauthorised access to purchased materials.
Definition of Lifetime Access
Where Soul to Soul Global expressly offers or agrees to provide lifetime access to a purchased digital product, course or collection of training materials, this means that the purchaser will retain access to those materials for as long as Soul to Soul Global Pty Limited continues operating as a business.
Lifetime access is not restricted to the initial program delivery period, the original learning platform or the period during which the product remains available for new purchases.
Where lifetime access has been included in your purchase:
You will continue to have access to the purchased digital learning materials for as long as Soul to Soul Global Pty Limited remains in business.
Access does not expire merely because the live component of a program has concluded.
If we change learning platforms, migrate our content or discontinue selling a particular course, we will take reasonable steps to preserve access to the purchased materials through an existing platform, replacement platform, downloadable format or another suitable method.
If you lose your login details or can no longer access your purchased materials, you may contact us to request restoration of access.
Following reasonable verification of your purchase or entitlement, we will take reasonable steps to restore access without charging an additional access fee.
You are not required to repurchase materials already covered by your lifetime access entitlement.
To request restoration of access, please contact:
Lifetime access applies to the digital products and materials expressly included in your purchase.
Unless expressly included in the applicable product offer or agreement, lifetime access does not automatically extend the duration of time-limited private coaching, live sessions, personal support, group memberships or other services that were agreed to be delivered for a defined period.
Any additional lifetime benefits expressly promised in a product offer or separate agreement will be honoured in accordance with that commitment.
Business closure
The lifetime access commitment remains in effect for as long as Soul to Soul Global Pty Limited continues operating as a business.
If the business permanently ceases operations, the ongoing provision of hosted access may no longer be possible.
Where reasonably practicable, we will endeavour to provide advance notice or an alternative means of retaining purchased materials before permanently discontinuing access.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Intellectual Property
All original content created, published or supplied by Soul to Soul Global is owned by us or used under appropriate licence, unless otherwise indicated.
This includes, without limitation:
Course videos, audio recordings and training materials.
Workbooks, worksheets and written resources.
Coaching frameworks, methods and methodologies.
Program structures, assessments and educational tools.
Website content, images, graphics and designs.
Logos, branding and original creative materials.
The Soulmate System, Queen’s Heart Method and related proprietary educational materials.
These materials may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a product or program, you receive a limited licence to access and use the relevant materials for your own personal learning and development, unless additional rights are expressly granted in writing.
You may not, without prior written authorisation:
Copy, reproduce or distribute substantial parts of our materials.
Sell, sublicense, transfer or commercially exploit our content.
Share paid resources with people who have not purchased authorised access.
Republish or distribute our training recordings.
Repackage our frameworks, worksheets or educational content as your own.
Use our protected content to create or deliver substantially copied commercial training products.
Upload protected program materials to third-party systems for commercial redistribution or AI model training without appropriate permission.
Remove copyright notices or ownership statements from our materials.
These restrictions do not prevent lawful use permitted by copyright law or the application of any other non-excludable rights.
Participation in our programs does not grant accreditation, certification or permission to teach our proprietary methodology unless expressly authorised.
All rights not specifically granted are reserved.
14. Client Suitability and Right to Decline Enrolment
Soul to Soul Global reserves the right to assess applications and determine whether an individual is suitable for participation in our coaching programs, mentoring services, private communities and other offerings.
Subject to applicable laws, including anti-discrimination legislation, we may decline an application or enrolment where we reasonably determine that:
Our services are not appropriate for the individual’s circumstances or needs.
The individual’s expectations fall outside the scope of the services we provide.
An appropriate professional service or level of support is required beyond our coaching expertise.
The individual has demonstrated behaviour inconsistent with our professional boundaries or participation standards.
There are reasonable safety, privacy or security concerns affecting the proposed services.
We are otherwise unable to provide the requested services appropriately for legitimate business or professional reasons.
We will exercise this discretion reasonably, in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
Any assessment of suitability will be based on legitimate service-related factors and will not authorise unlawful discrimination.
We may explain our concerns and, where appropriate, suggest that an individual consider another form of support better suited to their needs.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a program, and acceptance remains subject to any applicable enrolment requirements.
Where payment has already been received and an application or enrolment is declined, we will assess any refund or other financial consequence in accordance with the applicable agreement and consumer protection laws.
Where a coaching relationship has already commenced, any proposed termination will also be subject to Section 26, the applicable agreement and relevant law.
15. Participant Conduct, Community Guidelines and Right to Remove
Soul to Soul Global is committed to maintaining respectful, supportive and safe environments within its coaching programs, mentoring experiences, live sessions and private communities.
All participants are expected to comply with our Community Guidelines, participation requirements and reasonable directions regarding professional boundaries and respectful conduct.
Participants agree to:
Treat coaches, staff and other participants with respect.
Respect the privacy, confidentiality and personal boundaries of others.
Refrain from bullying, harassment, intimidation, threats, abuse or discriminatory conduct.
Avoid unauthorised recording or sharing of private coaching discussions.
Protect confidential information shared within private sessions and communities.
Avoid unsolicited commercial promotion, spam or materially disruptive conduct.
Use program platforms, learning spaces and communication channels lawfully and responsibly.
Comply with reasonable participation requirements that have been properly communicated and form part of the relevant participation arrangements.
Right to take action for misconduct
We reserve the right to take appropriate action where a participant engages in conduct including:
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, threats or abusive behaviour.
Discrimination or persistent disrespect towards coaches, staff or other participants.
Breaches of confidentiality or unauthorised sharing of another participant’s private information.
Unauthorised recording or distribution of private coaching sessions.
Disruptive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour that materially affects other participants’ experiences.
Repeated or serious breaches of community rules or agreed professional boundaries.
Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, we may issue a warning, restrict participation, temporarily suspend access or remove an individual from the relevant program, session or community.
Where reasonably practicable, participants will be informed of the concern and given an appropriate opportunity to respond or resolve the issue.
However, immediate suspension or removal may occur where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, privacy, security or wellbeing of participants, staff or others.
We will exercise these rights reasonably, proportionately and in accordance with applicable laws.
Financial obligations and existing access rights
Any termination of paid services, outstanding financial obligations, refunds or continuing access rights will be determined in accordance with the applicable signed agreement and relevant law.
Removal from a private community or live coaching environment does not automatically terminate a separate entitlement to purchased digital learning materials.
Any restriction affecting an existing lifetime-access commitment will be assessed in accordance with the applicable agreement, Section 12 and relevant law.
Community Guidelines and separate agreements
Soul to Soul Global may establish additional Community Guidelines, rules of engagement or participation requirements for individual programs and private coaching environments.
Participants are expected to comply with the rules that have been properly communicated to them and form part of their applicable participation arrangements.
Where a separate signed program or coaching agreement addresses participant conduct, suspension or termination, that agreement takes precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
16. Confidentiality and Group Coaching
We recognise that participants may share deeply personal experiences, relationship histories, emotional challenges and other private information when engaging in our services.
We treat client information with care and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
However, group coaching and online communities involve communication between participants.
By participating in a group setting, you acknowledge that information you voluntarily share with other participants may be seen or heard by those participants.
We require participants to respect confidentiality and not disclose another person’s private information outside the group without appropriate permission.
While we take reasonable steps to support a confidential environment, we cannot guarantee the independent behaviour of other participants.
You are encouraged to exercise personal discretion when sharing sensitive information.
We may disclose confidential information where required or authorised by law, where appropriately consented to, or in other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
17. Recording of Sessions and Events
Certain live training sessions, workshops, group calls or coaching experiences may be recorded for educational delivery, participant access, quality assurance or other disclosed purposes.
Where recording is proposed, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.
We will explain whether recordings may be made available to other program participants or stored in a training library.
Private coaching sessions will not be recorded without appropriate notice and consent.
You must not record, reproduce, livestream, distribute or publicly share private coaching sessions, group discussions or another participant’s personal disclosures without appropriate permission.
Recordings containing identifiable client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The use of identifiable recordings or client disclosures for promotional purposes requires appropriate authorisation.
18. Testimonials and Client Success Stories
From time to time, we may share testimonials, feedback, photographs, videos or personal success stories from clients who have participated in our programs.
Testimonials represent the experiences of the individuals providing them and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of equivalent results.
We seek appropriate permission before publicly using identifiable client experiences or personal materials in promotional content.
Providing feedback privately does not automatically give us unrestricted permission to use it for advertising.
Any agreement to use a testimonial or client story will be governed by the permission provided and applicable law.
19. Client Submissions and User-Generated Content
You may submit comments, feedback, written reflections, assignments, questions or other content through our website or program platforms.
You retain ownership of original content that you create, subject to any rights held by third parties.
By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, facilitate participation, respond to you and administer the relevant platform.
This permission does not automatically authorise us to publish identifiable private submissions in advertising or unrelated promotional materials.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms, infringes third-party rights, violates applicable law or creates a reasonable safety or security concern.
You are responsible for ensuring that material you submit does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
20. Website Use and Security
You agree to use our website and associated online platforms lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or restricted areas.
Introduce malicious software or engage in harmful technical activity.
Interfere with the functionality or security of the website.
Use automated tools to scrape protected content without permission.
Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity.
Use our website or services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive conduct.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
We may take reasonable steps to protect our systems, clients and intellectual property where misuse is identified.
21. Third-Party Services and External Links
Our website and programs may rely on external platforms to provide payment processing, learning management, video conferencing, booking services, community access and other functions.
External websites and service providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We encourage you to review those policies when interacting with third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for the independent content or conduct of third-party websites outside our control.
However, this provision does not exclude any responsibility we may have for services we have contracted to provide or for the conduct of service providers where we are legally responsible.
22. Privacy and Personal Information
We respect your privacy and recognise the importance of protecting personal information, particularly information shared through coaching and personal development services.
Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can review our Privacy Policy at:
https://soultosoulglobal.com/privacy-policy/
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the practices described in that policy.
You may contact us regarding privacy-related enquiries using the contact details provided below.
23. Communications and Marketing
By purchasing a product, enrolling in a program or contacting our business, you agree that we may send you communications reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
These may include payment confirmations, account notices, program information, scheduling updates and customer support communications.
We may also send marketing emails or promotional communications where we have the consent or other legal basis required.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe facility included in those communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending essential information relating to an active purchase or service.
24. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide accurate information and deliver our products and services with due care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from actions taken independently of our advice where we have not breached an applicable duty or obligation.
We do not guarantee particular personal, relationship or financial outcomes from participation in our programs.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law and will not prevent you from exercising non-excludable consumer rights.
We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the delivery of services.
These may include significant technology failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, serious illness affecting a key facilitator or other events that materially disrupt service delivery.
Where such circumstances arise, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected participants and, where practicable, arrange a suitable alternative, rescheduling or other appropriate solution.
Any right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy will be determined in accordance with the applicable agreement and relevant law.
Nothing in this section removes our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
26. Suspension or Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to our website, services or programs where there is a reasonable and lawful basis to do so.
This may include serious misconduct, unauthorised distribution of protected materials, security concerns, repeated breaches of participation rules or material non-payment under an agreed payment arrangement.
Our rights concerning participant misconduct and removal from private programs or communities are further explained in Section 15.
We will act reasonably and proportionately when exercising these rights.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the matter before taking action.
Immediate temporary suspension or removal may be appropriate where reasonably necessary to address serious misconduct or protect the safety, privacy or security of others.
Any termination of a paid service will be managed in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable consumer protections.
Where a separate signed program or service agreement addresses suspension or termination, its applicable provisions will take precedence over these general Terms, subject to law.
We do not reserve an unrestricted right to terminate paid services without cause while retaining all amounts paid.
Where we discontinue a service or are unable to provide a material component of an agreed offering, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Discontinuation of a program or its availability for new purchases does not, by itself, terminate an existing lifetime access commitment under Section 12.
Removal from a live coaching session, private group or mentoring community does not automatically cancel an existing entitlement to purchased digital materials.
Any restriction, termination or restoration of digital access will be assessed in accordance with the applicable agreement, Section 12 and relevant law.
27. International Customers
Soul to Soul Global is an Australian company providing products and services to customers in Australia and internationally, including the United States.
International customers acknowledge that our business is operated from Australia and that services may be delivered remotely.
We aim to comply with applicable laws relevant to our transactions and services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in their place of residence.
Customers are responsible for complying with any local laws applicable to their own use of our services, but this does not transfer to them any legal obligation properly belonging to Soul to Soul Global.
28. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to addressing customer concerns fairly and professionally.
If you have a concern about a purchase, coaching experience, payment arrangement or another aspect of our services, please contact us in the first instance.
Email: [email protected]
Please provide relevant details so that we can review your concern and respond appropriately.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints directly and in good faith.
Where appropriate, we may suggest voluntary mediation or another mutually agreed dispute resolution process.
Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive statutory rights, prevents you from contacting a relevant consumer protection authority, or prevents you from bringing a claim before a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction.
We do not require customers to submit every dispute to compulsory arbitration as a condition of purchasing our products or services.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections that apply, disputes may be brought before courts or tribunals with appropriate jurisdiction in New South Wales or elsewhere as required or permitted by law.
Nothing in this section removes consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory rights available to international customers.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business operations, technology or applicable legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will generally apply to future website use and future purchases from the date they take effect.
Material changes to the agreed conditions of an existing paid purchase will not be imposed retrospectively without an appropriate legal or contractual basis.
Where a separate signed agreement governs a purchase, changes to these general website Terms do not automatically modify that agreement.
Where changes materially affect an existing service, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent or offer other remedies where required.
We encourage customers to review these Terms periodically.
31. Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be ineffective to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, without necessarily affecting the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with any applicable separately executed program agreement, accepted product-specific conditions and other expressly incorporated documents, form part of the agreement between you and Soul to Soul Global.
Where a separate signed program, coaching or service agreement contains provisions that differ from these general Terms, the separate agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency for the relevant purchase or service, subject to applicable law.
Where no inconsistency exists, these general Terms continue to apply.
Nothing in this section excludes representations, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
